We started Star Padel with one mission in mind: to make the sport of Padel accessible to all.

Padel can help improve your balance and concentration, and it's suitable for all ages and levels of play.

Physical fitness

Padel can help you burn calories, improve your cardiovascular system, and strengthen your muscles. A 45-minute match can involve a lot of running, which can improve your heart rate and endurance. Padel can also help with muscular imbalances and reduce stress on your joints and bones.

Mental health

Padel can help reduce stress, improve your mood, and boost your energy levels. Playing with teammates can create a social environment, and the game can also help improve your cognitive skills through strategic planning and quick thinking.

Whether you want to learn a new sport, make friends, get fit, compete, or excel, my mission is to make your experience of playing padel enjoyable and rewarding and help you develop a life-long love of the game.

Hi, I’m Annie. I have over thirty years of experience in global corporate communications and team building at a senior level.

Last year, I discovered padel, which I knew very little about. To say that I am addicted would be an understatement. I want to share my enthusiasm and make padel accessible to the entire community!
